Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Six Hearts Studio. By placing an order you agree to them.

Fabric is priced and sold per half metre (0.5m). Order 2 for 1m, 3 for 1.5m and so on.
Your fabric is cut as one continuous length. If we're at the end of a roll and can't do this, we'll contact you before dispatching.
Need to make a change? Get in touch as soon as possible – if the fabric hasn't been cut yet, we can usually help.

Pattern files are licensed, not sold: copyright in every design remains with Six Hearts Studio.
Standard licence (non-exclusive): use the design for your own makes and gifts, and for products you make and sell, up to 500 items, including fabric printed by the metre up to 500 metres. Need more? Ask about an extended licence.
Exclusive licence: where a pattern is sold with an exclusive licence it is sold once only and then removed from sale.
You may not share, resell or redistribute the files, or claim the designs as your own.
