Returns & refunds

Fabric

Because all our fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns on cut lengths as a matter of course.

Faulty or incorrect orders
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@sixheartsstudio.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the return postage.

Change of mind
We can accept a return if the fabric is uncut, unwashed and in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Please email us before sending anything back.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and dye lots. We recommend ordering a small length first if you are unsure.

Digital downloads (The Pattern Library)

Pattern files are delivered instantly after payment and no physical item is sent. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate access to the files, and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. For this reason we can't offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads.

If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, email hello@sixheartsstudio.co.uk within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
